TGM Wind Services is a fast growing company that specializes in operating and maintaining some of North Americas most advanced heavy equipment. We are looking for employees with some of the following talents: heavy equipment operator experience, wind farm experience, CDL commercial driving experience (CDL Class A or B), wind turbine blade repair experience.
Things to Consider before sending your resume:
-TGM employees travel as much as 40 weeks a year. We do have R&R breaks once every 5-6 weeks and we come home for all major holidays.
- TGM employees can expect to have to perform manual labor and work as much as 12 hours a day and 60 hours per week.
- TGM employees are required to work at heights up to 295 feet.
- TGM employees must have clear driving records and we aggressively screen and maintain a drug free work place.
- At TGM safety is our #1 concern and we have and maintain a great safety record and very strict safety regiment. Safety is #1 and terminations are immediate for any and all safety violations.
